MEET THE COACHES

I was born and raised in Cedar Grove, West Virginia. I started playing football when I was 6 years old, playing running back and linebacker all the way through Junior high. In high school, I went to DuPont high where I played defensive end, back up tail back and fullback. In college, I went to West Virginia State University - I played 2 years outside linebacker and 2 years defensive end, then I received my degree in psychology. Since college, I coached with Dunbar B Team for 3 years, 1 year in Deer Park, Washington for C team, then moved back to West Virginia, and coached 2 years with Hurricane D and C teams. For the last 3 years, I have been a coach with the WV Mounty Boyz. I've always had a passion for sports and football in general. I love trying to give back to the kids some of what coaches throughout the years instilled in me.  Football is more than just learning plays on the field. It builds character, confidence, and teaches kids discipline. By playing football, you develop a strong since of family, brotherhood, and learn how to trust and respect your teammates. I believe in pushing and coaching kids to their highest potential so they will make progression and achieve at their highest level possible.
